In 2017 r. the CARS Honorary Award was granted to Prof. Anna Fornalczyk, the 1st President of the Antimonopoly Office [now: Office of Competition and Consumers Protection], at present the funding partner of a consulting firm COMPER in Łódź, for her scientific and practical achievements in the broadly understood competition law.
The ceremonial granting of the Award was held at 22 June 2017 during the CARS Seminar Do ‘unilateral agreements’ which restrict competition actually exist? In the Ceremony a circle of co-operators and friends of Prof. Fornalczyk took part. The Laudation in the name of the Award Jury was hold by Prof. Stanisław Sołtysiński, the 1st laurate of CARS Honorable Award (granted in 2016).
