CARS organizes training activities for public officials, judges and entrepreneurs dedicated to competition and consumer protection and sector-specific regulation. CARS training considers the implementation practices of competition provisions and regulation focused on a particular product or service market. CARS offers also the preparation of compliance programmes to companies subject to antitrust or regulatory supervision. 

Moreover, CARS organises PhD seminars which have an open format as well as postgraduate studies entitled ‘Competition Protection and Regulation in Infrastructure Sectors’.
