CARS welcomes researchers from abroad wishing to conduct research on competition and market regulation in Central Europe. This can be made possible, among others, by scholarship programmes of the National Agency for Academic Exchange.

In 2022, CARS will host Dr Alexandr Svetlicinii, University of Macau (China), who has been awarded a National Academic Exchange Agency scholarship to carry out a research internship at CARS. His research will concern the application of competition law to state-owned companies and the control of foreign investment in the EU. See:

In addition, in 2022 CARS is hosting doctoral student Veronica Piccolo. During her two-month stay at CARS, Veronica will explore issues concerning the impact of artificial intelligence on competition law, in particular learning about the techniques used by competition authorities to investigate practices in digital markets. Veronica will have the opportunity to learn about the relevant Polish experience.
