CARS Scientific Award 2019 – the Big Eagl – for Prof. Marzena Czarnecka
The Laurate of the CARS Award 2019 (Regulatory Award) was Prof. Marzena Czarnecka from the Chair of Law of the Economic University in Katowice for her monograrph Obowiązki informacyjne a zachowania konsumentów na rynku energii elektrycznej. Studium ekonomii prawa [Information duties and consumer behaviours at the electricity markets. Study from Economics of Law], C.H. Beck, Warsaw 2018.
Other CARS Scientific Awards 2019 nominees were: dr Sylwia Kaczyńska, Prof. Agnieszka Kunert-Diallo and dr Ilona Przybojewska.
The ceremonial granting of the Award – Wielki Orzeł (Big Eagl) – was held at 24 June 2019 during the CARS Scientific Conference devoted to “European Electronic Communications Code – implementation to the Polish law”.
Laudation in the name of the Award Jury was hold by Prof. Anna Fornalczyk, the 1. President of the Antimonopoly Office, winner of the CARS Honorable Award 2017.
