Doctor of Law and legal adviser. Assistant professor in the Department of European Law, Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw. Graduate of the LL.M. in Law and Economics (Utrecht University). Author of many academic articles, including the monograph entitled "Big Data and the Abuse of a Dominant Position by Data-Driven Online Platforms under EU Competition Law”, which constitutes an updated version of her PhD dissertation, awarded the Prime Minister's Award (2021). She specialises in competition and consumer protection law as well as data protection law, while her main area of interest is the application of these branches of law to online platforms, digital markets and new technologies. Member of the CARS Digital Markets and Data Economy Laboratory team.
