He specializes in the Polish and EU competition law, state aid law and issues related to administrative and court proceedings. Author of many scientific publications, including the book awarded in the State and Law [PL: Państwo i Prawo] competition, entitled Leniency. Reduction of fines under the Polish competition law  (Warsaw 2013).
