PhD student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdansk, where he is preparing a dissertation on the constitutional foundations of Polish competition law. At CARS, he is a Scholar within the research project “Competition Law through the lenses of national constitutions. Consideration of socio-economic and environmental values in times of just transition”. A law graduate of the University of Warsaw, he also completed the School of German Law organized by the law departments of the University of Warsaw and the Rhine University of Friedrich Wilhelm in Bonn. He received scholarships from the Minister of Education and Science and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. Participant in the Young Affiliate program at the Network for Constitutional Economics and Social Philosophy. His research focuses on issues of social market economy, competition law and the economic constitution.
