PhD Student

She is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, University of Warsaw, where she is conducting her doctoral research in the field of EU competition law. Her dissertation examines the role of constitutional values in shaping the interpretation and application of competition law within the European Union.
She collaborates with Professor Maciej Bernatt on the research project “Competition Law through the Lenses of National Constitutions: Consideration of Socio-Economic and Environmental Values in Times of Just Transition.” The project explores how socio-economic rights and environmental objectives are integrated into national and supranational approaches to competition law during the ongoing process of just transition.
In parallel with her doctoral studies, she is completing her lawyer traineeship within the Italian Bar Association, combining academic research with professional legal training.
She holds a Master’s degree in Law from Luiss University in Rome, where she specialised in European and European Competition Law. Her final thesis analysed the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union concerning key substantive issues under the EU Merger Regulation (EUMR).
