PhD candidate at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw. He works at the Ministry of Infrastructure, where he is responsible for international affairs, including Poland’s participation in the work of EU Council as well as European Commission committees and expert groups.

At CARS, he is an associate of the "Civil Aviation Laboratory".
