This book presents contributions to the 1st Polish Scientific Conference Changes in the Polish postal services sector organized on 9 November 2015 at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Lodz by the Scientific Student Association of Energy Law and Other Infrastructural Sectors of the University of Lodz. The conference was organized under honorary patronage of the President of the Office of Electronic Communications, CARS, National Chamber of Legal Advisers, Lodz Scientific Society, The National Association of Employers of Non-Public Postal Operators. The main goal of the conference was to analyze changes in the Polish postal services sector with the focus on progress related to extent of liberalization of the postal services markets. Not only the regulatory conditions of the liberalization of postal services markets, but also the non-regulatory impact of the state intervention in this sector were discussed during the conference.
