In July 2012, the European Commission asked EU Member States and interested parties to submit their comments on the application of the General Block Exemption Regulation (GBER) from the obligation to notify state aid established by by art. 108 (3) TFEU. The submitted comments will be reviewed in the GBER in 2013
For the first time such a request was also made to CARS. Having decided to take part in these consultations, CARS established a Working Group for GBER under the leadership of Dr. Łukasz Grzejdziak from the Department of Public Economic Law of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz; The GR also included: Katarzyna Bożekowska-Zawisza, prof. Anna Fornalczyk, Maciej Fornalczyk, Dr. Piotr Kucharski and Marcin Socha. GR prepared answers to the questions of the presented Questionnaire. It was submitted to the European Commission in Polish and English.
