This expertise was commissioned by the Regional Apothecary Council in Warsaw. The purpose of this project was to clarify – on the basis of the Competition and Consumer Protection Act – the term ‘subsidiaries’ and ‘capital group’ as defined in Article 99(2)&(3) of Pharmaceutical Law. The latter are the basis for the issue of a permit to run a pharmacy issued by regional pharmaceutical inspectors.
