In the project "Judicial Review of Competition Law Enforcement in the EU: Empirical Mapping 2004-2021" the Polish representatives, prof. Maciej Bernatt and Maciej Janik, are responsible for the collection, analysis and coding of the judgement of the Warsaw Competition and Consumer Protection Court (SOKIK) reviewing the decisions of the Polish Competition Authority (UOKIK).
