Publiczne i prywatne egzekwowanie zakazów praktyk ograniczających konkurencję

The third and final edition of the major research project on airport services markets in the EU and Poland has been completed. It was conducted between 2009 and 2013 by a large team comprising researchers from the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw, and a number of professionals from the ‘Polish Airports’ State Enterprise. The result of the 1st edition of the project are available in Airport services in the European Union and Poland – antitrust law and regulatory conditions (2009); those of the 2nd edition in Airports services in the European Union and Poland II – selected problems (2011). The 3rd edition Report summarises the overall research results of the earlier two editions presenting the most important findings concerning legal and economic conditions of airport functioning in Poland and the EU (in selected EU member States).
