The 1st meeting of the CARS Open PhD Seminar was dedicated to sanctions imposed by competition authorities for infringements of the prohibitions of competition restrictive practices. The theme of the seminar was closely connected to the topic of a PhD dissertation prepared by the speaker.
Special guests of the seminar were: Prof. Bożena Popowska from the Faculty of Law and Administration, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, and Prof. Kazimierz Strzyczkowski, from the Faculty of Law and Administration, Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.
