The 7th meeting of the Open PhD Seminar was dedicated to THE problem of crossing concepts of state aid and services of general economic interest in the context of EU legislation and case law.
The introductory speech and the following discussion focused on problems linked to the qualification of the financing of SGEI as state aid cases and to the possibilities of the practical application of the Altmark criteria formulated by the European Court of Justice.
Prof. Anna Fornalczyk was a special guest of this seminar.
