On February 4, 2015, another - available to the public - Scientific Expertise CARS was published. This time, the notions of "subsidiaries" and "capital group" were subjected to antitrust analysis.

The expertise was commissioned by the District Chamber of Pharmacists in Warsaw. Its purpose was to identify the concepts of "controlling entities" and "capital group" used in Art. 99 sec. 2 and 3 of the Pharmaceutical Law, which is the basis for issuing a permit for running a pharmacy by voivodeship pharmaceutical inspectors.
