On January 29, 2015, another - available to the public - Scientific Expertise CARS was published. This time, the team appointed in CARS analyzed the obligation to supply drugs to wholesalers in the light of competition law and sectoral regulations.

The expertise was commissioned by INFARMA, the Employers' Union of Innovative Pharmaceutical Companies. It is related to the work currently underway in the Sejm on the deputy's bill amending the Pharmaceutical Law. The expertise is therefore public and is available from the website www.cars.wz.uw.edu.pl to all interested entities also outside the legislative process.

The main goal of the Expertise was to verify the claim that in order to meet the current needs of patients, it is necessary to introduce regulations guaranteeing the supply of reimbursed drugs to wholesalers.
