Amended Act of Competition and Consumers Protection – the main changes and directions of further modernisations (19.01.2015)

The conference was opened by Bernadeta Kasztelan-Świetlik, the Vice-President of the Polish Competition Office. Her speech was followed by the two main panel discussions which provided the opportunity to analyze the most important issues related to the application of the Amended Act of Competition and Consumers Protection and the key needs of the further modernisation. Each panel included three introductory presentations and general discussion. The conference was closed by prof. Tadeusz Skoczny.
