The goal of this workshop was to discuss in the light of the European Commission’s suggested amendments the legal and institutional challenges faced by the national competition authorities. The workshops were co-organised by CARS and the British scientific society Competition Law Scholars Forum (CLaSF) with the support of the Polish law firm Wierciński Kwieciński Baehr (WKB).
