On 8 January 2019, prof. Eleanor Fox (New York University) delivered a guest lecture at the University of Warsaw Faculty of Management entitled: "Markets, Competition Law and Democracy”. Professor Fox analyzed the symbioses between an open-market economy, democracy and competition protection in the context of growing risks for rule of law in the EU, the U.S. and South Africa.
