The author of the opinion analyzes whether it is possible to apply in anti-discrimination matters the following norms: anti-monopoly rules, the laws of combating unfair competition and preventing unfair market practices as well as the rules against violations of the so-called collective consumer interests. The author proposes conditions of applying the above rules and discusses which organs and institutions are best suited to apply them.
