We are happy to inform that the newest issue of YARS 2021 vol. 14(23), edited by Jurgita Malinauskaite from Brunel University, has just been published. The issue focuses in particular on the interface between competition law and sectoral regulation with sustainability.

Call for Papers: YARS vol. 2022 15(25) i 15(26)
We kindly invite you to submit research and critical papers that refer to law and economics of competition and sector-specific regulation for two volumes of the Yearbook of Antitrust and Regulatory Studies (YARS) to be issued in 2022.
YARS vol. 2022 15(25) will focus on recent trends in antitrust law, state aid law and sector-specific regulations. These trends may result from various aspects, such as the state of emergency dictated by the pandemic, sustainability goals, the crisis of the rule of law, the complexities competition law enforcement is facing, the evolution of specific markets, etcetera. The volume is co-edited by Maciej Bernatt and Kamil Dobosz. The deadline for submissions is 15 April 2022.
YARS vol. 2022 15(26), entitled “The Way Forward for Digital Europe: Antitrust vs. Regulation”, will focus on the interface between competition law and sector regulation in Europe. It will also seek to address the influence of national competition authorities on the development of EU competition policy, in light of recently adopted crucial decisions at national level which may have a major impact on competition law enforcement at the EU level. The volume is co-edited by Amedeo Arena and Laura Zoboli. The deadline for submissions is 15 June 2022.
