Status of private enforcement of competition law in CEE countries

Please be informed that under the leadership of Dr. Dominik Wolski, with the participation of Dr. Marta Mackiewicz, Dr. Tomasz Bagdziński and Dr. Mateusz Dąbroś, CARS has launched a research project Status of private enforcement of competition law in CEE countries. The main objective of the project is to examine the status of private enforcement of competition law in CEE countries, in particular an impact of the transposition of the Damages Directive (Directive 2014/104/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 November 2014 on certain rules governing actions for damages under national law for infringements of the competition law provisions of the Member States and of the European, OJ L 349, 5.12.2014, p. 1–19)   into the legal systems of EU Member States on the current state of private enforcement of competition law. Experimentalist Competition Law, ASCOLA webinar, 16.04, 10.00 hrs
