iKARs No. 7/2019 and 8/2019 are accessible
It is our pleasure to inform that in the first days of 2020 the last two volumes of iKAR have been published:
- No. 7/2019, edited by Dr. Angelina Stokłosa and Dr. Szymon Syp from the Warsaw School of Economics, related to law on bonds and its amendments, and
- No. 8/2019, edited by Prof. Dr. Edyta Rutkowska-Tomaszewska from University of Wrocław, related to legal and economic problems of consumer protection.

YARS, vol. 2019, 12(20) published
The second 2019 issue of Yearbook of Antitrust and Regulatory Studies (YARS) is now available on-line at www.yars.wz.uw.edu.pl. Authors analyse several aspects of ECN+ Directive in the context of the challenges faced in Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia. The topics discussed include independence of competition authorities, due process, effectiveness of enforcement, leniency and collective action. Professors Grzegorz Materna and Anna Piszcz co-edited this issue.

It is our pleasure to inform that the newest issue of Yearbook of Antitrust and Regulatory (YARS), 2019, 12(19) is now available on-line at www.yars.wz.uw.edu.pl The issue covers diverse topics including judicial review of fines in EU competition law, network neutrality, energy security and exchange of information in the context of digital markets.

iKAR No. 6/2019 has just been published
It is our pleasure to inform that iKAR No. 6/2019 has just been published. Its editors are Prof. Maciej Bernatt from the European Economic Law Chair of the Warsaw University Faculty of Management, Member of the iKAR Board of Editors, and Dr. Magdalena Gniadziak. The published texts of this volume are related to changes of the institutional framework of competition law system in the light of ECN+ directive.

Maciej will be responsible for exposing competition law academics in Central Europe to ASCOLA, soliciting applications of those suitable, and organizing local events under the auspices of ASCOLA. CARS joins Jean Monnet Network on Enforcement of EU Law
We are happy to inform that the Centre for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies of University of Warsaw (CARS) is part of newly established Jean Monnet Network on Enforcement of EU Law (EULEN). Together with the Bocconi University we are responsible for the competition law part of the project. Network consists of leading European universities and includes: Bocconi University, King’s College London, the University of Luxembourg, the University of Deusto, Utrecht University, the University of Bonn, the University of Warsaw, the University of Zurich, the University of Castilla-La Mancha. iKAR No. 5/2019 has just been published
It is our pleasure to inform that iKAR No. 4/2019 has just been published. Its editors are Dr. Marzena Czarnecka from the Law and Insurance Chair of the University of Economics in Katowice, the Laurrate of the CARS Scintific Award 2019, the member of the iKAR Board of Editors, as well as Marcin Kraśniewski from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódż. The texts in this volume are related to the current legal and economic problems of regulation and security of energy markets.

It is our pleasure to inform that iKAR No. 4/2019 has just been published. Its editor is Prof. Agata Jurkowska-Gomułka from the Faculty of Administration and Social Sciences of the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów. The texts in this volume are related to the current legal problems of vertical agreements prohibition.
