CARS Rail and Public Transport Laboratory

CARS Rail and Public Transport Laboratory at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw, started its activity on 17 October 2017. This Laboratory is a specific form of implementing of CARS statutory tasks in private and public transport.

Doctor of Law. Professor at the Department of Comparative Administration Law and Law of Public Economic Activities, Institute of Legal Administrative Theory, Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw. Partner at Instytut Prawa Konkurencji (Competition Law Institute) – law firm.
Former President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). In CARS – Coordinator of the rail transport sector and the Head of the Rail and Public Transport Laboratory.

Dr Marcin Król
jAssistant Professor in Warsaw School of Economics. jest adiunktem w Szkole Głównej Handlowej w Warszawie. In 2007–2008 was the Head of Economics Division in Rail Transport Office.

Iwona Miedzińska
