Scientific expert opinion: Analysis of the Transparency Measures under Article 4 Section 1 of the Regulation 2015/2120 with Examples from the Polish Telecommunications Market
The scientific expert opinion was prepared by Dr. Andrzej Nałęcz (CARS Electronic Communications Laboratory) for the Office of Electronic Communications.

Also this year, the annual CARS Awards will be awarded: the CARS 2018 Scientific Award and the CARS 2018 Honorary Award. The 2018 CARS Honorary Award, the so-called Wielka Sowa will go to Dr. Stanisław Gronowski , former judge of the Antimonopoly Court (SOKiK) and the Supreme Administrative Court.
The results of the still ongoing competition for the CARS 2018 Science Award will be announced during the ceremony of awarding both awards, which will take place on June 20, 2018, at approx. 14.30, that is after the end of the CARS Conference entitled "The draft directive on unfair commercial practices in the food supply chain and the Polish act on counteracting the unfair use of contractual advantage".
