Jan Walulik Dr Jan Walulik
Head, Civil Aviation Laboratory

PhD in Law. Jan Walulik graduated in law from the University of Warsaw (summa cum laude) in 2007. In 2011 he obtained his PhD degree in law. Jan has been specialising in air law for over 10 years. He is a lecturer and an author of numerous publications in air law. Jan practices as a corporate attorney (legal advisor, Warsaw bar).

Anna Piszcz Dr Filip Czernicki
PhD in Law. Head of Strategic Department in the Strategy and Ownership Supervision Office at Polish Airports (PPL). He oversees the development and update of the PPL Strategy and the Master Plan of Chopin Airport.
He specializes in conducting market analyzes related to investments in the aerospace and non-aerospace sector and preparing recommendations for PPL's involvement in new investments. Author and co-author of number of publications related to the airport market, including: Polish Airports in the European Union - Competitive Challenges, Regulatory Requirements and Development Perspectives. (Warsaw University, Faculty of Management, Warsaw 2013), or Airport Services in the European Union and in Poland - selected issues. (Warsaw University, Faculty of Management, Warsaw 2011).

Piotr P. Dziubak Piotr P. Dziubak
Graduate of Warsaw School of Economics. PhD candidate at University of Warsaw, Faculty of Management, contributor to CARS.
Since September 2003 he has been employed in the Ministries responsible for transport (currently Ministry of Infrastructure) in three different departments: Department of Post, Department of Transport Policy and International Affairs and Department of Aviation.
Since Septeber 2010 he works in the Department of Aviation, responsible for international affairs, involved in Polish participation in the EU Council activities, committees and experts groups of European Commission.
His main policy areas include: competition in air transport, connectivity, social aspects and passangers rights in civil aviation.

Agnieszka Kunert-Diallo Dr Agnieszka Kunert-Diallo
PhD in Law. Agnieszka Kunert-Diallo has worked for years as a legal counsel for PLL LOT S.A. She is an academic teacher and member of International Law Association (ILA). Her expertise is in international aviation law, competition and consumer protection law, protection of personal data and compliance policy.

Małgorzata Polkowska Dr hab. Małgorzata Polkowska, Prof.
Associate Professor of International Law, expert in Aviation, Space Law and Security; used to work for LOT Polish Airlines and Civil Aviation Authority of Poland; in 2013-2016 she was the first Polish member of the Council of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO); permanent Polish Representative in Central European Rotation Group (CERG); lecturer at Polish and foreign universities; author of more than 80 publications in Polish and English on international affairs, including aviation and space law.

Paweł Zagrajek Dr Paweł Zagrajek
PhD (Economics). Dr Zagrajek has been working in the air transport industry for over ten years specialising in its legal and operational aspects from the point of view of airlines, airports and authorities. He collaborates closely with the Department of Transport at the Warsaw School of Economics. He has authored multiple publications in the field of air transport management.
